Academic Outreach
Inspiring the next generation workforce through Campus to Career programs to help attract a diverse workforce for the future of the industry.
- Awarding $5,000 scholarships to deserving students interested in pursuing a career in equipment finance. Since launching in 2020, 26 students have received a total of $130,000 in tuition awards.
- Supporting industry volunteers visiting 20+ colleges and universities around the country every year to educate students about career opportunities in equipment finance.
- Partnering with universities to develop curriculum specific to equipment leasing.
- Promoting internship and recruitment resources with students and companies to ensure the industry is ready for the next generation.
