Michael Fleming Receives Resolution of Appreciation from Foundation

Since the Foundation’s founding in 1989, Michael Fleming has served the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation in various capacities. He was personally instrumental in the design and creation of the Foundation, and his vision and guidance have been critical to the continuous improvement, growth and stability of the organization. Due to his leadership, vision and friendship to the Foundation, the board of trustees awarded Mike a Resolution of Appreciation, the first one delivered to an individual since the Foundation’s founding. Mike’s “leadership as President of the Foundation has been characterized by strength and unquestionable integrity, [and his]…commitment and contribution to the Foundation’s mission has been complete and unwavering for the entire seventeen years of its existence to date,” reads the resolution. The resolution continues to underscore Mike’s vision, particularly his ability to “see and understand the need for, and value of focus on the future of the industry, and the potential impact on those who conduct the business of the industry, and those who will be the next generations of industry leaders.” Also, Mike’s friendship with and respect for the industry was highlighted as well as his leadership and ability to “stand firm in the face of adversity…” By unanimous consent and with respectful gratitude, the Board of Trustees of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation thank you, Michael Fleming, our friend.
