Study on Bundled Transactions Available

Trends in bundled solutions could have game-changing impact on the equipment financing industry. The Foundation study, Bundled Solutions: Equipment Financing Without the Equipment?, will be available at the end of January, to help leaders make long-term strategic decisions on this topic.

The study, produced by Accenture, examines in detail and provides a point of view on whether or not bundled transaction frameworks remain as a procurement option on the "IT acquisition spectrum" due to customer and vendor requirements.

Findings of the project show that nearly all executives at major industry providers (who were interviewed) reported their companies were involved in financing technology-focused bundled contracts to some degree. Some participants also reported that bundled financing now constitutes a majority of their overall financing in technology, specifically.

A unique research project, the study addresses whether equipment finance customers will continue to choose these financial structures and will lead vendors to continue to offer them.
