Infrastructure Study Available Soon

A new Foundation study, tentatively titled Financing US Infrastructure Projects, will be available in early spring. Produced by IHS Global Insight (USA) Inc., this project will address future developments and opportunties within the U.S. infrastructure sector.
Due to the recession, the U.S.’ inabilty to invest sufficiently in its infrastructure for years, and inadequate state and local revenues required to make necessary investment (despite economic stimulus monies), core infrastructure systems are in need of major repair or expanded to accommodate today’s demand. Clearly, something must be done in the future.This study will help equipment finance companies ready themselves for the opportunities in the infrastructure segment and help them position themselves to act upon them – from water and sewer to power and communication grid work, from highway plans to other civil engineering projects.
The study will segment the infrastructure market to identify the top three high-potential market segments in terms of equipment finance opportunities for 2010 and beyond, emphasizing the market size and growth fundamentals, including forecasting equipment demand.
